Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not order, link or upload on Ligerludo, and what happens if you do.

This policy applies to everything you do on Ligerludo: every order, link, upload, support ticket and API request. It is part of our Terms of Service. You must also follow the rules of each social media platform you order for.

1. Content you may not promote

You may not place orders for, link to or upload any of the following.

Illegal content: anything that is against the law, or that promotes illegal goods, services or activity.

Nudity and adult content: nudity, pornography or other sexual material, and anything at all that sexualises minors.

Hate and violence: content that attacks or threatens people because of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, or that supports terrorism or violent extremism.

Harassment: content that bullies, threatens or harasses anyone, or exposes their private details.

Impersonation: accounts or content that pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, or that copy someone else’s work without permission.

Scams and malware: phishing, fake giveaways, investment scams, malware or anything else meant to deceive people or harm their devices.

2. Manipulation and fraud

You may not use our services to interfere with elections, votes, polls or public debate, to spread false information about them, or to run any scheme that deceives or defrauds other people.

You may not pay with a stolen, unauthorized or borrowed card or account, or use a payment method you are not entitled to use.

3. Reselling

You may resell Ligerludo services to your own clients, but only within the law and these terms. You are responsible for your clients’ orders as if they were your own, and you may not resell to anyone for a use this policy forbids.

4. Using the site and the API fairly

Do not overload, attack, scrape or try to break into the site, the API or other customers’ accounts.

Respect the API’s rate limits, keep your API key secret, and do not use bots or scripts to get around any limit we set.

Do not open more than one account to claim a bonus, promotion, referral reward or free trial more than once, or to get around a suspension.

5. What happens if you break this policy

An order that breaks this policy may be cancelled without a refund.

Your account may be suspended or terminated, with or without notice.

In cases of fraud, including stolen payment methods and chargebacks, the balance on your account may be withheld.

We may report illegal activity to the authorities and work with them.

6. Reporting a problem

If you believe an order or account on our site breaks this policy, open a support ticket with the details and we will look into it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time without notice. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
