Refund Policy

How refunds, balance credits and refills work for orders placed on Ligerludo.

This Refund Policy explains when money spent on Ligerludo is returned and how. It is part of our Terms of Service, and you agree to it when you add funds or place an order.

1. No refunds to your payment method

No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit has been completed there is no way to reverse it.

Funds you add become balance on your Ligerludo account. Your balance can only be used for orders on Ligerludo; it cannot be paid out or exchanged for money.

2. No disputes or chargebacks

By completing a payment you agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If something is wrong with a payment or an order, open a support ticket and we will look into it.

If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we may stop all future orders, terminate your account and ban you from Ligerludo. We may also remove any followers, likes or other engagement we delivered to your or your clients’ social media accounts.

3. Orders cannot be cancelled

Orders placed on Ligerludo will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. Check the service, the link and the quantity before you confirm each order.

4. Orders that cannot be delivered

If an order cannot be delivered, you receive a refund credit to your Ligerludo balance for it.

If only part of an order can be delivered (shown as Partial), the part that was not delivered is credited to your balance.

Credits always go to your balance, never back to your card, wallet or other payment method.

5. Orders that do not qualify for a refund

Misplaced orders: a wrong or mistyped link or username, or the wrong service chosen. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Private accounts: the account or post was private when the order was placed or while it was running. Make sure it is public before you order and keep it public until the order is complete.

More than one order for the same link at the same time: do not run more than one service for the same link or page at once. We cannot give you the correct count in that case and will not refund these orders.

Delivery time: we do not guarantee a delivery time. Start times and speeds are estimates, and an order that is still processing is not refunded because it is taking longer than you expected.

Changes on your side: the link, account or post was deleted, renamed, made private or changed after you ordered.

Removal by the platform: the social media platform removed delivered followers, likes or views, or acted on the account. Where the service has a refill guarantee, section 6 applies.

6. Refills

Some services come with a refill guarantee, shown in the service’s name or description together with its refill period. If the delivered count drops within that period, you can ask for a refill from your Orders page and the drop is topped up free of charge.

A refill restores the delivered quantity; it is not a cash refund or a balance credit. Services without a refill guarantee are not refilled, and a refill is not available after the refill period has ended, or when the link was changed, made private or deleted, or another order for the same link ran at the same time.

7. Service changes

To complete an order, Ligerludo may change the service type used to deliver it. This is not a reason for a refund or a cancellation.

8. Fraud

Fraudulent activity, such as paying with an unauthorized or stolen credit card or account, will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions. Balance added that way is not refunded and may be withheld.

9. How to ask about a refund

Open a support ticket from your account with the order ID and a short description of the problem. We will check the order and, where this policy allows, credit your balance.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this Refund Policy at any time without notice. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Please read it, together with our Terms of Service, before placing an order.
